Corporate events

Branded properly, not approximately

Conferences, staff kit, trade shows, client gifts, company sports days. Anything where the logo has to be right and the date cannot move.

Your brand color, exactly

Marketing teams usually have a brand book, and it is the most useful thing you can send us. A Pantone number or hex code lets us match your color precisely instead of approximating it. "Our blue" is not printable — it looks different on every screen it's described on.

Send your logo as vector artwork if you have it (.ai, .eps, .svg or a vector .pdf). Your designer or agency will have these even if you have only ever seen the PNG. Vector scales to any size without going soft, which matters when the same mark goes on a hat front and a hoodie back. If all you can find is a PNG or a JPEG, send it anyway and we'll redraw it.

Planning around a fixed date

Work backwards

Three to four weeks from payment and an approved mockup, plus the time it takes your side to approve. Approval is usually the slow part, not production — build in a buffer for the round trip.

Staff sizing

Collect sizes once, in a single sheet, before you order. Our size chart is on the order form so you can circulate it. Add a couple of spares at the common sizes for late joiners.

Payment

Zelle, or card through Square with the processing fee added. If your finance team needs an invoice in a particular format or a PO reference on it, tell us early rather than at the end.

If you send us print-ready vector artwork there is no design charge. If you want us to build something from scratch, it's a design fee between $5 and $20 depending on how complex it is and how large the order is, including the mockup and revisions.

What to send us

Logo files, brand colors, your headcount and size breakdown, the event date, and where it ships. Tell us the event date even if it feels obvious — it's the thing we plan everything else around.
