Fundraisers

Merch that actually raises money

Team fundraising, church groups, charity runs, booster clubs, memorial shirts. Apparel people genuinely want to wear, priced so the group keeps the margin.

Take pre-orders, then print

The mistake that kills fundraisers is buying stock first and hoping it sells. You end up with a box of XLs nobody wanted and the profit sitting in it.

Do it the other way round. Collect orders and money first, then send us the exact list. You print precisely what's already sold, in exactly the right sizes, with no leftovers and nothing paid up front for stock. Our five-piece minimum means even a small campaign works, and you know your margin before you commit a dollar.

Working out your margin

Get the price first

Send us the form before you announce anything. Once you know the per-piece cost, set your selling price and the difference is what the group raises — no guessing.

More people, better price

Per-piece cost drops as quantity rises. Pushing your campaign to 60 shirts instead of 20 raises more per shirt as well as in total.

Design costs nothing extra

A full-color design prints for the same as a one-color one, so make it something people actually want to wear. That sells more shirts than a plain logo does.

Fixed costs are simple: $10 shipping, and a design fee between $5 and $20 only if we're creating the artwork — depending on order size and design complexity. Supply your own and there's no design charge at all. Build both into your selling price and everything above it is yours.

What to send us

What the fundraiser is for, roughly how many pieces you expect, your artwork or a description of what you want, and your deadline. If you're not sure of quantity yet, give us a range — we'll price the brackets so you can see where the breaks fall before you launch.

Start an order Just get a price No payment and no commitment either way — a price is a price, not an order.
