Where the money actually goes
Two things move a school order's price, and neither is the one people expect. Quantity matters far more than complexity. Going from 12 pieces to 40 changes your per-piece price meaningfully; adding a second color to the design usually doesn't change it at all, because sublimation prints the whole panel at once regardless of how many colors are in it.
So if you're weighing a simpler design to save money, that's the wrong lever. Get more people in the order instead — open it to the whole club, or run it with another year group.
The practical bits
Youth and adult together
One order can mix youth and adult sizes freely — no separate order, no extra charge. Our size chart covers both, and it's on the order form so students can check it themselves.
Who's paying
Tell us on the form if it's a booster club, a PTA, a department budget or students paying individually. It changes how we invoice it, and it's easier to set up before we start than after.
School calendar deadlines
Homecoming, a tournament, graduation — these dates don't move. Give us the real one, early. Three to four weeks from payment and approved mockup, and we tell you honestly if it's tight.
Our minimum is five pieces, so a small club is not too small. If a design already exists — a school crest, a club logo, last year's shirt — there is no design charge at all.
What to send us
Your school or club logo, the colors, roughly how many students, and the date. A photo of last year's shirt is genuinely useful if you want something similar — we can work from it directly.
