Your deadline works differently here
For most orders the deadline is the event. For travel it isn't — you need these in everyone's hands before they pack, which is usually a week or more before you leave, and often earlier if people are traveling to the departure point from elsewhere.
So work back from the packing date, not the flight. Three to four weeks of production from payment and approval, plus distribution time on your side, plus a buffer for approval. Tell us your travel date on the form and we'll tell you honestly whether the timeline holds — a shirt that arrives while the group is already abroad is worth nothing.

Tell us where you're going. Somewhere hot means a lighter garment than a European November, and it's an easier conversation now than a regret later.
Names help more than you'd think
Names on the back turn matching shirts into name badges — useful when the group doesn't all know each other yet. Same process as a team roster, no extra charge.
Order spares
People join trips late and shirts get lost in transit. A few extras at common sizes cost far less now than a rush reorder while you're counting down to departure.
Shipping to one address is $10. If the group is scattered and each person needs their own delivery, say so on the form — it changes the quote and it's much easier to price before we start than after.
What to send us
Where you're going and when, how many traveling, your size list, and any design or logo you already have. If it's a recurring trip and you have last year's shirt, a photo of it is the fastest possible brief.
