What we make
One design across every size
A reunion order is the widest size range we handle — a youth small and a 3XL in the same run. That's normal and it costs nothing extra. What it does mean is that the design has to work at both ends, so we scale the artwork per size rather than printing one fixed size across the whole run. A chest print sized for an adult XL looks oversized on a child; we adjust it so it sits right on both.
Adult tees go up to 4XL and hoodies to 4XL. If you need smaller than youth sizes for toddlers, ask before you order — those sit outside our standard chart and we'll confirm what's possible rather than guess.
The details worth deciding early
Names on the back
Popular for reunions and it's the same process as a team roster — one name per shirt. Use the roster builder on the order form and put the family member's name where a player's name would go.
Branches and years
Family surname, the year, the reunion number, a city, or a line for each branch of the family. All of it prints in one pass, so extra detail doesn't add cost.
Collect the list once
The hardest part of any reunion order is getting sizes out of forty relatives. Send the size chart round first, chase once, then paste the final list in — chasing after ordering is what makes people miss the date.
Order a few spares. There is always a cousin who confirms late, and adding to a finished run costs more per piece than including them the first time.

The family name, the year, any design idea you have (a photo of a shirt you liked is perfect), your size list and the reunion date. No artwork? We'll design it for a fee between $5 and $20 depending on how complex it is and how large the order is, revisions included.
